Fear exists to keep us from pain, but the truth is, not all pain is bad. In fact, a lot of the best things in life are on the other side of fear.
Facing our fears allows us to see our weaknesses more clearly. This is the place where we learn empathy, forgiveness, and mercy.

make a “Fear” list
Instead of making a list of the things that you most want, try making a list of things that you fear the most. This list will give you immediate insight as to what is keeping you from being more of yourself.
When you think of your wildest dreams, what are some of the biggest fears that come to mind?
What makes you feel weak or inadequate, or makes you feel like you cannot make it to the next level?
How would it make you feel if you were on the other side of that fear? What would you be able to accomplish?
